Publishing Autumn 2024: Water Quality and Pollution Results
We are excited to announce the upcoming publication of our Coastwatch Autumn Survey report on water quality and pollution. This water workshop is part of a Horizon EU funded project – More4Nature with citizen participation.
It starts with Coastwatch Autumn Shore Survey water results overview and some specific sites and action needs presented by surveyors. In the second session authorities present their pollution prevention and halt responsibilities with focus on Agriculture and sewage pollution
Then using the information shared, we review and codesign the bones of a nimble alert and action system to reduce pollution risk, warn those who might be affected and address the issues quickly to minimise damage.
The event starts with registration at 10.30am, commencing promptly at 11am and ends 3.30pm.
